For the very first time, The Sheraton Paris Airport is proud to announce that the hotel's environmental responsibilities and efforts towards sustainable development have been rewarded by the Green Key Label.

The Green Key, the first international environmental label for tourist accommodation, acknowledges establishments which meet several environmental criteria established at an international level including general environmental management, waste, water and energy management. The award doesn't only recognize systems in place but also new business practices that are in the development stages, so as to ensure long term environmental sustainability.

The Sheraton Paris Airport has been emplementing various actions in order to reduce the energy consumption of this 252 bedroom hotel, with as an example the Starwood Green Program which ensures that guest linen is only changed upon clients' request. Our employees have also formed a Green Team to introduce new projects and promote existing ones.

The 100% Local is an experience created by Starwood Hotels & Resorts' Parisian Hotels, which has seen all five head Chefs work together to compose 100% exclusive local dishes, using only ingredients produced within a 200km radius of Paris. Not only a positive project for the environment, but also a great opportunity to discover some of the best produce of our region and learn more about all the men and women cultivating these products.

Our Parisian properties, including Le Méridien Etoile, The Westin Paris - Vendôme and the Prince de Galles, have each introduced their own 100% Local dedicated dishes or cocktails, influenced by the creativity of their team.
